International Walk & Roll to School Day will be celebrated worldwide on Wednesday, October 9th. Thousands of families in Alameda County will take part in this active journey by walking, biking, carpooling or rolling (using a skateboard or scooter) to school. This event is a great way to reward families that already engage in active transportation and to encourage new families to try a different form of travel.

There are already 102 schools signed up for International Walk & Roll to School Day! You can find a list of participating schools here.
